Terms & Conditions

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an advance of 20% of the total tour cost.
• The remaining 20% balance must be paid 20 days prior to the tour date.
• Bookings made within 20 days of travel require 100% payment at the time of booking.
• All payments must be made through authorized payment methods only.

• Tour prices are subject to change without prior notice due to park fee revisions, government taxes, or supplier pricing changes.
• Inclusions and exclusions are mentioned clearly in the respective tour package. Guests are responsible for reviewing the same before booking.

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to connect@ecotriip.co .
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 0–7 working days.
• Refunds are always calculated on the total tour cost, not on the paid amount.
• A portion of the advance payment becomes non-refundable due to permit and government fee policies.
• Non-refundable expenses such as jungle safari permits, government taxes, payment gateway charges, and any other advance-paid components are deducted from the refund.
• Refund eligibility as per timeline:

• Jungle safari permits are issued by the Forest Department and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Wildlife sightings depend entirely on nature — tiger or any wildlife sighting is not guaranteed.
• Ecotriip is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by forest authorities.
• All guests must follow park rules, ranger instructions, and safety guidelines at all times.

• Custom date bookings follow the same payment and cancellation rules as group departures.
• Permit availability may vary; early booking is recommended.
• Once permits are issued, custom date bookings become partially or fully non-refundable based on government policies.

• Guests must provide correct personal information and valid ID proof required for safari permits.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for travel.
• Any health concerns must be declared during booking.
• Ecotriip is not responsible for loss of belongings, delays, or consequences arising from personal negligence.

• Hotels, rooms, and vehicle types are subject to availability.
• In rare cases, Ecotriip may upgrade or change the accommodation to a similar or better category.
• Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety instructions, or park regulations.
• No refunds are provided for skipped activities due to guest’s personal reasons.

• Ecotriip acts as a facilitator with third-party hotels, transporters, forest departments, and service providers.
• Ecotriip shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, wildlife encounters, natural hazards, or incidents outside our control.
• Guests participate in tours at their own risk and agree to follow all safety guidelines.

• Weather conditions
• Natural calamities
• Political unrest
• Strikes
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling are processed as per third-party supplier policies.

• Ecotriip may use tour photos or videos for marketing unless the guest specifically opts out in writing.
• Guests must follow park photography rules.

• All personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
• Ecotriip only uses guest data for communication, bookings, and tour operations.
